Look: Christina Aguilera’s No Makeup Transformation on Paper Magazine Reveals Stunning Beauty

In her 20 years in show business, Christina Aguilera is known for wearing heavy make-up and fake eyelashes in her performances and as one of the judges-coaches of “The Voice.” But in her latest photo at Paper magazine’s “Transformation 2018” issue, the “Beautiful” singer wore no make-up and revealed an almost unrecognizable face.

“I’ve always been someone that obviously loves to experiment, loves theatrics, loves to create a storyline and play a character in a video or through the stage.” Christina Aguilera was quoted telling to Paper, with her extremely close-up make-up free photo only shows nothing but a pretty, natural face, a “Mom” band on her hand, and manicured fingers.

“I’m a performer, that’s who I am by nature. But I’m at the place, even musically, where it’s a liberating feeling to be able to strip it all back and appreciate who you are and your raw beauty. I mean, I’m a girl that likes a beat face, let’s not get it twisted,” The 37-year old American singer added, who has already won 5 out of her 18 Grammy nominations.

“Be fearless in breaking new boundaries and don’t be afraid to go against the grain of criticism along the way. There’s always gonna be those trolls out there or people that have their own definition and ideals of beauty.” Aguilera said, as her advice to women who seemed to have lost confidence, especially in this era where bashers are rampant.

“They don’t have as much backlash when they come out on the scene. And I did. It was a very interesting and controversial time for me. Be fearless in breaking new boundaries and don’t be afraid to go against the grain of criticism along the way.” The recent guest judge at RuPaul’s Drag Race said, referring to the new artists in the entertainment industry.

Born Christina María Aguilera on December 18, 1980, Aguilera rose to fame via her self-titled debut album released in 1999. The said album includes US Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles “Genie in a Bottle”, “What a Girl Wants”, and “Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)”. As of posting, she has already sold 75 million records worldwide.

In 2013, Christina Aguilera was listed in Time magazine as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the World. But despite being rich and famous, she is also known as a philanthropist, supporting charitable activities through human rights, animal rights, and world issues. She was also appointed as UN ambassador for the World Food Programme.
