US-Based Pinoy Psychiatrist Offers Trillanes Free General Check-up

More and more Filipinos are becoming worried that the Philippines has a sitting senator who is suffering from mental disorder.

Both critics and supporters of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV on Monday voiced out their concerns over the Senator’s worsening attitude, after he and fellow Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri exchanged personal attacks during a Senate hearing a day before.

In a video, it was clear the Trillanes provoked Zubiri by touching past-election related matters.

Known Fil-Am Psychiatrist Warren Castociano said he is willing to wave his professional fee just to make sure the Senator is examined well.

Castociano, a high-ranking officer of American Psychiatrist Association (APA) who has toured three times in Middle East servicing US soldiers, said he is more than willing to travel to the Philippines to take care Trillanes.

On his Facebook wall, Dr. Castociano, who has PhD in mental medicine at Washington State University, said he did not know Trillanes personally, but a number of Filipino doctors in US suggested he should offer his service for the sake of the Filipino people.
