According to recent release of its newly released 2018 Visa Restrictions Index, Philippines is now on the 72nd spot, which is 3 steps higher than its 75th spot in 2017, then having only 61 visa-free countries. As of January 1, 2018, Germany is top country on the list, having the most powerful passport with visa-free access to 177 countries, followed by Singapore with visa-free access to 176 countries.
